Further information suggests that she was seen with an individual who carries the name “Khylan” and was - at the time - wearing a long jean pant “with clorox print” and a long-sleeved orange and blue blouse.
The lass - who would be attaining the age of 15 years on March 29 - is described as being 5’10” in height, weighing about 150 pounds and she has a “brown” complexion.
Individuals who may have seen Francis or who know of her whereabouts are asked to make contact with specific members of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force.
