    BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS – As LIME continues the aggressive transformation of its business across the Caribbean, the Company is announcing the consolidation of its five existing Contact Centres into three effective January 31, 2009. 

     

    As of that date, the company will close its Contact Centres in Anguilla, Barbados and Antigua, after which all customer interactions will be handled through the remaining centres in St. Lucia and Jamaica.

     

    LIME’s Interim Vice President for Customer Operations Pat Walters said: “The consolidation is a necessary part of transforming our business into a world class operation. We did not arrive at this decision overnight, its is the result of proper analysis and is designed to provide improved customer service and greater efficiencies.

     

    “In addition, we are partnering with E-Services, which is an internationally recognized provider of excellent customer services through Contact Centres.”

     

    LIME will be working closely with its partner to make the transition to the new arrangement as smooth as possible. The company is also asking for its customers’ understanding during the transition process.
