    ARRESTS

     

    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, January 21st, 2014 - Livingston Carey of St. Paul Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Larceny, which was committed on 17th January 2014. 

     

    COURT CONVICTIONS
     
    Juvenile Court
     
    A juvenile was convicted for the offence of Larceny, which was committed on 21st May 2013, and the parent of juvenile was ordered to pay compensation of $150.00 to the victim.
     
    District "A" Magistrate Court
     
    Krysten Brauner of Camps was convicted for the offence of Beating and Threatening and was fined $300.00 for each charge to be paid within a week or in default serve fourteen (14) days imprisonment.
     
    District "B" Magistrate's Court
     
    Ambrose Buchanan alias "Chalambo" of Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Following About, which was committed on 15th July 2013, and placed on a bond for a period of twelve (12) months in sum of $2000.00 to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
     
    Jodell Phillip of Phillip Village was convicted for the offences of Battery and Assault, which were committed on 16th July 2011 at Phillips Village, and fined $600.00 for each charge which is to be paid by 20th February 2014 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
     
    Alister Carey - Hazel of Saddler's Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 30th July 2013 at Saddler's Village, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid by 28th February or in default will serve thirty days in prison with hard labour..
