Missing Bladen Housing teen found in good health

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE 17-year-old female of Bladen Housing who was reported missing late last week has been found and is in good health.

     

    Fhantrice Dorset, the daughter of Superintendent of Prisons Franklyn Dorset, went missing on Friday (Jan. 17) and was reportedly last seen by her relatives at 11:00 that morning.

    A press release issued by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force Public Relations Office today (Jan. 22) indicates that Fhantrice “has been located and is currently being interviewed by officers of the Special Victims Unit (SVU)”.

    It further states that following that period of questioning, the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College student would be “turned over to the Probation and Child Protection Services (Welfare Department).

    The release did not indicate where Fhantrice was over the past days or how she was located, but it thanks were offered to those who assisted in locating her.

    “The staff of Special Victims Unit would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who were instrumental in the process on behalf of the Commissioner of Police and the entire Police Force for their assistance.”
