Burnt Motor Car Discovered
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, February 9th, 2014 -- On Thursday 6 February 2014, detectives of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), and Officers of the Crime Scene Unit (CSU) visited the compound of the Fort Thomas Hotel as result of information received and discovered a motor car P 8634 with its interior burnt.
Initial Investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported missing by its owner earlier in the day, from his residence.

Fire Arm And Ammunitions Recovered
On Thursday 6 February 2014, detectives of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and the K9 Unit during their investigation into an incident executed a search warrant on the premises Marvin Whyte of Blue Bell Alley,Basseterre, and one (1) Semi Automatic Pistol and matching rounds of ammunitions were found and taken into police custody, along with Marvyn Whyte and another male. This is another fire arm with matching rounds of ammunition have been removed from the streets of the Federation.
