• Business name and name of principals
• Company name and date of incorporation
• Copy of valid business license
• Good standing certificate from the St. Christopher & Nevis Social Security Board
• Brief description of similar projects undertaken
The project involves remodeling work on the ground floor of the building, resulting in improved commercial services, operations, functionality, office ambience and security.
The area will be used by customers and staff during the construction period. In an effort to minimize disruption to daily business, work will be undertaken in phases and carried out outside normal working hours, on weekends and holidays.
THE WORK MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS.
Prequalification information must be submitted to Mr. Cartwright Farrell, Chief Executive Officer, SKELEC, Central Street, to reach not later than February 28, 2014.
