Mr. Fitzroy ‘Roy’ Warner
Director - St. Kitts-Nevis Finance Company Limited (FINCO)
Mr. Evelyn is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) and is licensed by the California Board of Accountancy. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida (UCF). He formerly worked as an accountant for TDC Nevis Limited, as manager of TDC Rentals (Nevis) Limited, and is the managing director of his consultancy firm, Equity Management and Accountancy Corporation.
Mr. Boncamper has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the West Indies and has been with the TDC Group for over thirty five (35) years. He has held several senior managerial positions within the Group, including the Business Equipment Department, Home Centre, Automotive Division, and currently heads the Strategic Development and Research Department.
Mr. Fitzroy ‘Roy’ Warner, a career banker has forty (40) years of experience in the financial services sector and served in several managerial positions at Barclays Bank Plc and its successor, CIBC First Caribbean International Bank, across the Caribbean region and Belize.
The Board of Directors congratulates Messrs Evelyn, Boncamper, and Warner on their appointments, and look forward to their invaluable contributions to further the development of the Group.
