Basseterre, St. Kitts (Monday, February 24, 2014) --  Oxford Dictionary: Happy (Pronunciation: /'hapi). Feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.

Digicel St. Kitts and Nevis has set out again to showcase the smiling and happy faces of the people in the Federation, this time through the use of video.

Using the very popular song by Pharrell Williams “Happy,” the Marketing Team of Digicel St. Kitts and Nevis scouted the streets of the island recording people doing a “happy dance.”

“Many people say they are not happy but this video proves people are still happy to be alive and well within the Federation” were the sentiments of the various volunteers who participated in the music video.

The video embraces the smiles of citizens in different parts of the island while showcasing many different landmarks at the same time. Digicel’s Marketing Manager, Marsha Chatterjee explained “Everyday people do extraordinary things. At Digicel, we want to celebrate this. From local fishermen, to mechanics to market vendors and students, we have recognized that regardless of race, culture or age, everyone in St Kitts and Nevis has a common factor – a SMILE.
