Basseterre. St. Kitts – February 17, 2009: LIME would like to advise customers that it has been notified by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) to stop offering mobile-to-fixed minutes with the “AllTalk” Plan until a transparent mechanism is included to ensure that the plan covers the imputed cost of mobile-to-fixed calling. 

Consequently, mobile-to-fixed calls made by AllTalk customers will be charged at standard rates.  All other terms of the “AllTalk” Plan remain unchanged.
