LIME Internet Service Update (2)

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, Friday May 16, 2014 -- LIME wishes to advise all of its Internet customers who are still encountering Internet connectivity issues to do the following:

     

    1. Unplug the power cord from your modem

     

    2. Leave modem unplug for approx.1 – 2 minutes

     

    3. Reconnect power to modem

     

    Having completed this, if you are still unable to connect to the Internet please contact our Customer Care/Contact Center (466-4357 or 611) for further assistance.
