ARRESTS
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, May 21st, 2014 -- Brian Richards of St. Paul Village was formally arrested and charged for the offences Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which were committed on 16/5/2014 at Canada Estate.
Jason Francis of Parson Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed at at Canada Estate on 16/5/2014 at Canada Estate.
Jerod Newman of John England Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Aggravated Assault committed on the 15/5/2014.
Jamari Sutton Hermitage, Cayon was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition, which were committed on 19th May 2014.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "A" Magistrate Court
John Gumbs of New Town was convicted for the offence of Wounding, which was committed on 23rd March 2014 and was fined $2100.00 to be paid by 19th September 2014 or in default serve six months imprisonment.
