Nevis Tourism Authority Retains Zurdo Advertising and Promotions

By: Nevis Tourism Authority, Press Release

Zurdo to build Nevis’ Profile in Puerto Rico

May 26, 2014 Charlestown, Nevis - The Nevis Tourism Authority (NTA) today announced that it has retained the Puerto Rican firm Zurdo Advertising and Promotions to raise awareness for the Caribbean Island of Nevis, in the Puerto Rican market.

Zurdo is charged with building and executing an awareness campaign in Puerto Rico to promote the island of Nevis to the appropriate sector of the Puerto Rican public.

“We have multiple objectives in establishing this relationship with Zurdo”, said Greg Phillip, Chief Executive Officer, Nevis Tourist Authority. “Firstly Puerto Rico is a logical target to build Caribbean traffic into Nevis; secondly increasing travel from Puerto Rico ensures support for the airlines servicing Nevis directly from Puerto Rico; and thirdly it facilitates the much needed diversification of Nevis’ target market. We are delighted to be working with Zurdo Advertising and Promotions.”
