BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - AS part of its corporate responsibility, the St. Kitts Electricity Company Limited (SKELEC) will be giving back to its customers when the entity will be hosting its Customer Appreciation and Interaction Day.

The event will be held tomorrow (May 30) and the company is urging all its customers to come out and be a part of the day’s activities, which is expected begin in the morning.

SKELEC’s Public Relations Officer Gawain Fraites is urging customers who may have queries or questions to drop by as tents would be set up opposite the company’s office, where officers would be better able to provide answers.

“We are having our Customer Appreciation this Friday at our Central Street office and we are asking all our customers to come out.”

“Come out and try to mingle with our Customer Service staff and ask questions,” he stated.

Fraites noted that this is the first year that the company would be undertaking such an activity and pointed out that it would not only be limited to 2014 but years to come.

“Yes, we have given back to our customers and everybody is our customer, even our employees are customers because they have an account. We are even inviting those who don’t have an account. Feel free to come and visit. We would have a tent on the opposite side.”

Persons paying their bills on Friday can expect to receive a special gift, according to Fraites.

“We also have some items that we would be giving to persons who happen to pay their bills on that day.”
