Limacol Caribbean Premier League confirms Guyana matches will proceed following the passing of the Cricket Administration Bill

    Monday 2nd June 2014, Kingston, Jamaica  -- Despite reports to the contrary, the organisers of the Limacol Caribbean Premier League would like to advise that the matches scheduled to take place in Guyana will take place in Guyana as planned.

     

    To be clear, plans for the staging of the Limacol Caribbean Premier League are in no way affected by the passing of Cricket Administration Bill in Guyana.
     
    The Guyana matches are as follows:
     
    Thursday 17th July at 7:30pm: Guyana Amazon Warriors v The Red Steel – Providence Stadium, Guyana
     
    Saturday 19th July at 4:00pm: Guyana Amazon Warriors v St. Lucia Zouks – Providence Stadium, Guyana
     
    Sunday 20th July at 4:00pm: Guyana Amazon Warriors v Jamaica Tallawahs – Providence Stadium, Guyana
     
    We are looking forward to a second successful staging of the Biggest Party in Sport and urge the fans to come out and support their teams.
