St. Thomas, USVI - Police on St. Thomas were alerted to a suspected accidental death that was reported Wednesday, March 4 at about 6:15 p.m. from Amalie View Condos.  According to the initial report a woman reported that her husband fell from their balcony and died.

The woman said her husband told her he was going on the balcony and she went to take a nap. After about three hours she awoke and looked for her husband. She looked over the balcony and saw him motionless on the ground below. Emergency Medical Technicians were called and pronounced him dead on the scene. The victim was identified as 88-year-old Charles Seviski.

The medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death.
