St. John, U.S.V.I. - Police on St. John are looking for Tyrone O. Powell who escaped from custody on Wednesday, March 4 following his arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Distribute.
Powell is a 36-year-old black male. He is 5’5” and with a dark brown complexion, a bald head a full beard and mustache. Tyrone Powell is also known as Tiger. He lives in Anna’s Retreat on St. Thomas but frequents St. John.
