Limacol Caribbean Premier League hits its stride with all matches in Guyana and Trinidad Sold Out

    Fans in Barbados, Jamaica, St. Kitts and St. Lucia encouraged to secure tickets soonest to the “Biggest Party in Sport”

     

    Thursday 24th July 2014, Bridgetown, Barbados  --  The Limacol Caribbean Premier League has really hit its stride with all matches in Guyana and Trinidad sold out, it was announced today.
     
    And with tickets for the matches in Barbados this week and Jamaica and St. Lucia next week going fast, cricket fans and party people alike are being encouraged to come out and secure their tickets early to be sure of being in on the biggest party in sport.
     
    The CPL moves next week to Sabina Park in Jamaica where reigning tournament champions, the Jamaica Tallawahs, will be on home turf and hoping to continue their as yet unbroken winning streak with matches against the Antigua Hawksbills, the Guyana Amazon Warriors and the Barbados Tridents on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. Meanwhile, the St. Lucia Zouks will be at home to face the Barbados Tridents, the Trinidad & Tobago Red Steel and the Antigua Hawksbills next week at the Beausejour Stadium.
     
    Pete Russell, Chief Operating Officer of the Caribbean Premier League, comments; “Guyana last week was just rocking and we would like to thank the fans for coming out in full force. I’m delighted to say that Trinidad is set to be the same with all matches taking place this week already sold out which is a fantastic achievement.”
     
    He continues; “The CPL is all about showcasing brilliant cricket and the beauty, excitement and party atmosphere of the Caribbean so we are encouraging fans in Barbados, Jamaica, St. Kitts and St. Lucia to get their tickets right away to make sure they don’t miss out on the biggest party in sport.”
