    St. Thomas, USVI - On Thursday March 12, 2009 Police Chief Rodney F. Querrard, Sr. released the name of the white male who was found hanging from a tree in the area of Fortuna Bay on March 7, 2009.

     

    The male was identified as being Raymond Bull Jr. He was 38 years of age. The Medical Examiner ruled the death to be a suicide and the investigation into this matter was closed. 

     

    Police on St. Thomas had received a 911 emergency call about 3:15 Saturday, March 7 from a concerned citizen informing them of a man hanging from a tree in Fortuna Bay. 

    Preliminary investigation indicated that the white male, 38 years of age, committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree. A concerned citizen attempted to save him but the victim had already expired. Police withheld the victim's name pending notification of next of kin.
