Press Release
Basseterre, St.Kitts (October 30th 2014):- Team UNITY Candidate for Constituency#4 Lindsay Grant is calling on all residents and constituents of his Constituency to rally behind the defending National Basketball Champions the Challengers Exodus team who are currently in the National SKNABA Basketball Finals against the Cotton Ground Rebels of Nevis.

Grant who is one of the teams most ardent supporters said that he is hoping that the entire Constituency as well as neighboring communities from Boyd’s right down to Sandy Point will rally behind the Exodus as they battle to successfully defend their National Basketball Title.

“I have followed this team for some time and I have been an enthusiastic supporter as have been most of the residents and constituents of my constituency and in particular the challenger’s village.  The guys have worked exceptionally hard and they have brought pride to all of us. I call on all residents, villagers, constituents of Constituency #4 and the entire rural west community to rally behind the Exodus and ensure that they once again bring much pride and joy to all of us and continued success to themselves. Success that has been well deserved,” said Grant.

The Challengers Exodus plays the Cotton Ground Rebels in a best of 5 SKNABA Finals Series which has been labeled as an EPIC match up of historic proportions. Cotton Ground is seeking to be the first team from Nevis to win the Federal Basketball Title while Exodus will be working to become the first team to repeat as Champions in some time.

Series begins on Thursday October 30th at 8pm at Basketball City. The 2nd game in the series will be played in Nevis at the Grell Hull Stevens Complex at 6pm.
