ARRESTS Kenzy Matthew of Gibbons Hill, Dieppe Bay was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which were committed on 2nd November 2014.
Harvey Stapleton of Brown Hill was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Malicious Damage, which was committed on 28th September 2014.
Geoffrey Romany of Prospect Estate, was formally arrested and charged for the three (3) counts of Fraudulent Conversion, which were committed between 12 December 2007 and 21 December 2012.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "B" Magistrate's Court
Shawn Esdaille of St. Paul Village was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis, Obstruction Under The Drug Act, and Battery On Police which were committed on 3 June 2014, and sentenced to thirty (30) days in prison for the offences of Possession and Battery On Police and cautioned for the offence of Obstruction Under the Drug Act.
Chesley Harris of Crab Hill, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Riding Pedal Bike With More Than One Person which was committed on 6 August 2014, and fined $100.00 which is to be paid by 7 November 2014 or in default will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.
Joseph Fahie of St. Paul Village was convicted for the offence of Quitting Vehicle While Engine In Motion, and fined $100.00 which is to be paid by 7th November 2014 or in default will serve seven (7) days in prison with hard labour.
