The Organization of American States (OAS), the Colombian Institute of Educational Loans and Studies Abroad (ICETEX) and Los Andes University (Uniandes) wish to congratulate Ms. Sonia Rosita Boddie for receiving a scholarship award for the onsite course on “Qualitative and Quantitative Techniques for the Analysis of Data in Public Policy”, which will takes place in Bogotá, Colombia, from November 18 to November 22nd, 2014.
Ms. Sonia Boddie, is the Caricom Youth Ambassador for the Federation of St.Kitts and Nevis and works at the St. Kitts and Nevis Inland Revenue Department as a Senior Tax Inspector.
The scholarship received includes the cover of full tuition costs and an award contribution of $800.00 (eight-hundred) US Dollars (USD) towards transportation, lodging, and general expenses.
