COURT CONVICTIONS

District "A" Magistrate Court

Vincent Harvey of Upper Prickely Pear Alley  was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 15th July 2014 and was fined $1000.00 to be paid in three (3) months or in default serve six (6) weeks imprisonment.

Dwight Fari Edwards of Conaree was convicted for the offence of Beating, which was committed on 23rd August 2014 and was sentenced to two (2) months imprisonment.

Nikoyan Greaux of East Park Range was convicted for the offences of Larceny from  a Motor Van of Goods and Malicious Damage, which were committed on 29th  August 2014 and was sentenced to two (2) years and three(3) months imprisonment for each charge. Sentences to run concurrently.

District "C" Magistrate Court

Nabil Browne of Prospect Estate was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis  and was fined $1000.00 to be paid in six (6) months or in default serve six (6) months imprisonment.

Earl Pemberton of Marian Avenue was convicted for the offence of Malicious Damage to one Cell Phone,and was fined $8000.00 to be paid in six (6) months or in default serve one (1) imprisonment.
