BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – INFORMATION reaching SKNVibes this morning (Dec. 6) states that someone was killed in Phillip’s Village.
When contacted, Deputy Commissioner Stafford Liburd did confirm that someone had died but he could not say if it were a homicide at the moment.
He however stated that police are conducting investigations.
