St. Thomas, USVI - Police on St. Thomas arrested Shamiko Chouinard and charged him with Grand Larceny in connection with an incident on March 6. Chouniard is accused of removing jewelry and other items valued at more than $10,000.00.
32-year-old Chouniard was born in Worcester Mass. and lives in Miller Manor on St. Thomas. His bail was set at $35,000 and unable to post bail he was remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending his advice of rights hearing.
