By: Terresa McCall, SKNVibes

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – REPORTS reaching SKNVibes states that a Newtown Ground man is fighting for his life after his badly burnt body was pulled from his home which was ablaze earlier this afternoon (Mar. 23).

Unconfirmed reports are that Daniel Ottley alias ‘Satellite’, who is said to be in his 60s, was within his wood-structured home while it was engulfed in flames.

SKNVibes understands the Sandy Point Fire Department was called to the scene to quell the blaze and the man, who suffered burns to the upper parts of his body, was rushed to the hospital.

The fire officers, according to accounts, were successful in putting out the fire, but were unavailable for comments.

More on this incident in a subsequent publication.
