Team Unity fully understands the financial pressure which National Housing Corporation Home Ownership can cause. Therefore, Team Unity will cut monthly mortgage payment to the NHC. This reduced mortgage payment means that the quality of life for Homeowners and their families will be improved. For example, more monies will be available for better household appliances, home improvements, food, travel and healthcare needs.
Homeowners will get four additional benefits:
1.If sick or hospitalized, no mortgage payment or interest will be required for the duration of the illness
2.If loss of jobs, no mortgage payment will be required or interest paid for a six month period
3.In the event of death, the title of the NHC property will be transferred to the beneficiary, and all outstanding balance will be written off
4.Homeowners are free to make home improvements before the mortgage is paid or title transferred
