Basseterre, St. Kitts (Team Unity Secretariat, February 12th , 2015) - Homegrown talent ! That’s one of the main focus of the big LOVE RESPECT UNITY Freedom Fest to be held at the Newtown Playfield on Thursday February 12th.
The Y.O.U (Youth of UNITY) who are organizers of the event stated that a conscious decision was taken by them to feature all Local or Homegrown artistes for the big YOUTH RALLY .
All the artistes are homegrown including overseas-based PUMPA who was born and raised in Cayon but now resides in the Virgin Islands.
The Y.O.U Rally will feature the Federation’s top acts including former Soca Monarch Mr. Hype and Kollision. Rising star Footsy is expected to perform his recently released hit 'We want a Change' along with his other hits. HiLight will no doubt be a hilIght of the event along with NICHA B, Mr. World and the Road March Champs Small Axe as well as Smiley , Rucas and Grand Masters.
Musical interludes will be provided by DJ Ranking and DJ Flex as well as the Evolution Sound.
Y.O.U is the Youth Arm of Team UNITY and the event will also be used to promote many of the youth-oriented initiatives that Team UNITY has committed to as part of its prosperity agenda.
