BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE man who was taken to the Joseph N. France General Hospital yesterday (Mar. 2) following a two-vehicle head-on collision, had succumbed to his injuries late last evening.
Information reaching this publication indicates that Bryan Francis of St. Paul’s died while undergoing surgery at about 9:00 p.m.
Francis was driving motorcar P9260 along the island main road in Dieppe Bay when a collision occurred between that vehicle and a motor van attached to the Joseph N. France General Hospital, which was being driven by Kenneth Herbert of Cayon.
SKNVibes has received no word of Herbert’s injuries or if he suffered any.
However, it was observed that following the accident, Francis’ face was blood-soaked and he was subsequently transported to the hospital for treatment.
Both vehicles were extensively damaged as a result of the accident and investigations are being made.
