Sagicor Life Inc sponsor 2015 Inter-Schools Athletics Championship

Press Release

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts & Nevis, March 16th, 2015  -  This week Sagicor Life Inc proudly announced its  major sponsorship  of the 2015  Inter-Schools Athletics Championship.  Over  three  days  of  competition  at  the  Silver  Jubilee  Stadium, athletes  from  the island's 11 secondary schools will compete for athletic supremacy as well as the opportunity to represent their country at the upcoming annual CARIFTA Games to be held on the Easter weekend in St. Kitts.

Local management of the regional insurance provider indicated that the athletic championship is regarded as a necessary tool for the development of youth and sport  in  St. Kitts &  Nevis.  Agency  Manager,  Denrick  Connor,  explained,  "Our General  Agent,  TDC Limited,  has  been  the  major  sponsor  of  the  Interschool Track and Field Championship for the past 36 years.

As Sagicor Life Inc seeks ways  to  improve  the  long-term  quality of  life  in  the  communities  in  which  we operate,  we  share  the TDC's sentiment that  this  competition  drives  increased physical activity and the development of our young people. We look forward to a keen competition this year, and wish all the schools the best."
