Roadtown, Tortola  - The BVI Electricity Corporation in conjunction with the Ministry of Communications and Works today launched posters for the new bill format as part of their campaign to educate the community on the new design.

The campaign is designed to ensure   consumers understand the transition from the old to a new format, and the elements of a bill.  The information on the new bill design is expected to help customers make educated decisions about their electricity usage.
