    ARRESTS

     

    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, August 6th, 2015 -- Taziomi Dickenson of Main Street, St. Paul Village was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply, which were committed on 3rd August 2015 at St. Paul Village. 

     

    Dickenson received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at the District ‘B’ Magistrate’s Court on Monday 10th August 2015.
     
    Nigel Walter of LaGuerite was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which was  on August 3rd, 2015.
    Walters received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance before the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday 10th August, 2015. 

    Seventh Day Adventist Church In Sandy Point Broken Into

    An investigator at the Sandy Point Police Station is investigating a report of a break-in at the Zion Seventh Day Adventist church which is situated at Downing Street, Sandy sometime between 29 July 2015 and 4 August 2015.  

    Initial investigations revealed that the church was about 8:20 am on Tuesday 4 August 2015 when the church was visited by a member, it was discovered that the amplifier was stolen. 

    Anyone who has information pertaining to this incident is ask to contact the Sandy Point Police Station at 465-6261, the nearest police station, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 (TIPS). Remember, you do not have to provide your  personal information and you maybe eligible to receive a reward. 

    Man Escaped Unhurt From Shooting Incident

    An investigator at the Cotton Ground Police Station a shooting incident which occurred at Cotton Ground about 8:50 pm on Tuesday 4 August 2015.

    Initial investigations revealed that 19 years old, Tyrin Brown of Cotton Ground was sitting on his verandah when a white motor Jeep drove by and an unknown armed assailant began shooting at him. He escaped without harm and reported the incident to the police. Police officers of the  Cotton Ground Police Station, Charlestown Police Station, Task Force, Crime Scene and Criminal Investigations Department visited the scene and conducted investigations. 

    Anyone who has information pertaining to this incident is ask to contact the Cotton Ground Police Station at 469-5269, the nearest police station, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 (TIPS). Remember, you do not have to provide your  personal information and you maybe eligible to receive a reward.
