BVI, 27 October 2015 - The Department of Culture is inviting the public to the official launch of the book “Chain of Secrets” on Tuesday, November 3 in the Breezeway at the Central Administration Complex at 4:30 p.m.
The novel is a fiction on a betrayal, a new beginning, and a startling discovery, authored by Ms. Lucille Skelton and is the sequel to her previous novel, “Secrets”, published in 2012.
Persons are encouraged to attend and support the book’s launch as the Department of Culture continues to effectively promote literary works by supporting local authors and develop the Virgin Islands’ cultural heritage and traditions.
