BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE life of yet another young man was snuffed out this morning (Dec. 5) during an altercation allegedly took place at one of the popular hangouts at the Frigate Bay Strip.
The victim, has been identified as Travis ‘Gangsta Fat’ Hanley of Half Way Treee.
Specifics of the incident are yet unclear but SKNVibes understands that it might have been a crime of passion and a female is said to be the alleged perpetrator.
The police's press release stated however, that Hanley "received a stab wound in his left leg during the incident and was taken to the J. N. France Hospital where he later died as a result of injury sustained".
It also informed that a female is in custody assisting police with their investigations.
This is the Federation’s 29th homicide for the year, including the two individuals who were shot and killed by police – Philo Wallace on Nevis and Dominican Obi Baron in the Conaree Beach drug bust.
