BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (December 2015) -- Christophe Harbour Development Company is pleased to recognize four exceptional employees for their excellence and leadership throughout the year. Acknowledging both front and back of house employees, Executive Vice President of Operations William Anderson announced the winners earlier this month at the company’s annual holiday party at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort.

Glenville Francis and Greg Matthew received the Front of House Manager and Employee of the Year awards respectively. For the back of house, Kishma Boncamper-McCall was named Manager of the Year, and Lorenzo Liburd was recognized as Employee of the Year.

“At the heart of our Christophe Harbour family are those individuals whose exceptional and world-class service define the very best in hospitality,” said Anderson. “Their superb performance is an inspiration for all of us, and it is our distinct pleasure to acknowledge them with these awards for their service to the company, our members and our guests in 2015”.

The Employee Excellence Award is given quarterly to an employee and manager who displays excellence in his or her position and has earned the admiration of their coworkers through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go beyond what is required to fulfill their duties. The winner is nominated by the department head and then voted on by the Christophe Harbour management team. This year marks the first that the company has recognized Manager and Employee of the Year.
