Thursday 28th January, 2016 -- Mr Lester Hanley, St Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee (SKNOC) Executive Member and member of its Marketing Committee is presently in Geneva, Switzerland attending an Olympic Marketing Seminar.
The two (2) day seminar which runs from January 26th to 27th, 2016, is in keeping with the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) Agenda towards 2020 and will aim to provide each National Olympic Committee (NOC) with the appropriate tools to enhance and develop its marketing and sponsor service capabilities.
The seminar platform will facilitate the exchange of best practises amongst NOCs and will hopefully result in increased engagements with all Olympic Sponsors and help NOCs to develop their local programme.
The SKNOC is confident that information garnered from Mr Hanley’s participation would be disseminated amongst other fellow Executive Members and its Member Federations who in turn would utilize the information received to better market their respective events.
