BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – A young man was this evening (Jan. 29) gunned down in Ottley’s Village, taking the number of homicides committed in St. Kitts and Nevis for this year to four.
Information reaching this publication states that the incident occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m. at the basketball court in Ottley’s Village and the victim’s name was given as Wade ‘Grammy’ Phipps.
SKNVibes learned that Phipps was shot multiple times, including bullets to his back and under one of his arms as well as four to his head.
He is said to originate from Cayon but had taken up residence in Mansion Village.
