St. Kitts and Nevis High Commission engages with Young Professionals in London

By: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Press Release

29 January, 2016, London, United Kingdom – On Thursday, January 28, the High Commission of St. Kitts and Nevis opened its doors to young professionals living in London for a networking evening. The social evening with young professionals from academia, business, law, the creative sector and NGOs is part of the High Commission’s work programme of increasing engagement with nationals and friends across the United Kingdom.

The evening with young professionals was a unique opportunity for nationals to interact with the High Commissioner and staff and to ascertain ways to work together to raise the profile of St. Kitts and Nevis in the United Kingdom. This first in a series of events was also geared toward what is hoped will become a St. Kitts and Nevis Young Professionals Network, which will be a platform to explore impactful synergies, raise awareness of developments at home and ensure sustained linkages between young nationals in the diaspora and the Federation.

Young professionals living in the United Kingdom wishing to participate in this initiative should contact Eustace T. Wallace, Counsellor at the High Commission at ewallace@sknhc.co.uk.
