CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – SHOTS fired in the Pump Road area in Nevis last evening (Mar. 15) caused a group of young men to run for their lives but, thankfully, no one was injured.
The incident, according to information received by SKNVibes, occurred between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. when a group of young men were sitting outside one of the individuals’ homes.
Reports suggest that rustling sounds were heard in nearby bushes, shortly after which a shadow was observed. Members of the group took off running and an individual(s) emerged from the greenery and opened fire in their direction.
Shots were also reportedly fired into the house.
SKNVibes understands that a teenager was within the house but escaped unscathed as he was able to take refuge on the floor when the shots were being fired.
Police on Nevis are making investigations into the incident.
