May 12th, 2016 -- Tropical Shipping joins Delisle Walwyn & Co. Ltd. in its efforts to help local families in accessing medical care for their children through its ongoing support to the non-profit organization, Pediatric Assistance League of St Kitts (PALS).
Assistant Vice President of the Eastern Caribbean Trade for Tropical Shipping, Mr. Mark Lopez and Mr. Bernie Greaux, Island Manager of Tropical Shipping presented a cheque in the amount of EC$1,350.00 to PALS president Mrs. Giselle Matthews at a brief handing over ceremony, at the Tropical Shipping office on Frigate Bay Road.
Mrs. Matthews expressed her gratitude to Tropical Shipping for their assistance in supporting the PALS initiative over the years through monetary contributions as well as assistance in shipping much needed medical materials and equipment to aid in the PALS cause.
Mr Lopez and Mr Greaux took the opportunity to applaud the efforts of PALS for the work they have done in St Kitts and Nevis over the years and for their commitment to improving the availability of essentially needed medical treatment and health care to the children of St. Kitts and Nevis.
