May 17th, 2016 -- SKELEC began its Customer Appreciate Month on 1st May 2016. This is the third consecutive year that the Company is celebrating with its customers. The theme for this year is 'I Pledge to Follow Through to Better Serve You'.
The Company has prioritized establishing a strong relationship with the community so we can better understand the needs of our residents. "We are so excited to celebrate another customer appreciation month", said Cartwright Farrell, CEO of SKELEC. "I encourage everyone to become familiar with our calendar of activities for the month and celebrate with us."
The celebrations began with a Church Service at the Cayon Church of God on 1st May 2016 and a significant highlight was the message of sharing. Following up on such an event we will have three school visits continuing our school visits which have been taking place yearly, since we began in 2014. The schools chosen for this year are the Egdar T. Morris, Beach Allen and Tucker Clarke Primary Schools. Other events plus the lighting of our Adopt-A-Spot program of The Factory Bench on Thursday 26th May will also take place.
Plus we are also inviting customers to join us on our Health Walk to the Sofa Stone on Saturday 28th. One of our largest attraction, however, will be our island wide Road Show, it takes place on Saturday 21st. Here we will showcase our other services such as the Ebilling platform and our Deferred Payment Arrange to our customers across the island. Customer can meet and greet our staff ‘outside of the office’ and be able to interact with us in the customers’ atmosphere.
SKELEC is also entering its fifth year as a Corporation and the Board expresses thanks to the people of St. Kitts for their continued support.
