Charlestown Nevis (June 10, 2016) – The sound of “SOS” usually signals an alarm but Digicel plans to change the lives of Nevisians with its new SOS Campaign, in a positive light.
SOS or ‘Switch Out Saturdays’ is being launched by Digicel Play in Nevis to encourage its customers to switch over from its old analogue system and receive the upgraded features that Digicel Play now has. The SOS campaign will be a weekly community initiative and will make it easier for customers to upgrade to the new digital platform.
The SOS will begin its roll out call on Saturday 11th June, 2016. The team will be in the New Castle area with special focus on customers and potential customers in Shaws Road, Nisbett Settlement and New Castle. Visit us here and you could get upgraded to the digital platform on the same day!
Every Saturday, the Digicel Play team will mobilize to community near you. On June 18th the dedicated Technical Team we will be at Camps Gas station to service customers in Liburd Hill, Camps, Bricklin, Barnaby Village, Potworks, Rawlins Pasture & Round Hill Estate areas. On June 25th be on the look-out at Craddock Road Shop for assistance to customers along the stretch of Craddock Road.
This SOS campaign is the telecommunication firm’s way of reaching out to the communities and giving our customers the Digicel Play experience at their convenience and at an affordable price. A large complement of staff will be on hand at each Saturday activity, to assist our customers and answer any questions about the service.
Special offers will be available for new signups and customers who change over to the digital platform at these SOS events. Customers will also get the official Digicel Play experience at the SOS events with Play services on display.
