Basseterre, St. Kitts – June 27, 2016: FLOW wishes to advise that due to a necessary upgrade to our mobile network, customers would not be able to top-up, add plans or check balances between 10:00pm - 7:00am on June 27/28, 2016.
During the network update, the usual “data usage” SMS text message will not be sent to customers. They can dial *129# or use the MyFLOW App to monitor usage until service is fully restored.
