BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – AFTER more than a month’s lull, the Federation has recorded another homicide.
The incident took place this afternoon (Oct. 25) in St. Johnston’s Village.
SKNVibes understands that a male and a female were in a white vehicle just outside the Methodist Church when shots were fired and both of them were struck.
The male was reportedly fatally wounded and the female was shot in the leg.
She was taken to the Joseph N. France General Hospital for treatment.
Information on the incident is somewhat sketchy but more will be had in a subsequent article on the availability of information.
Today's shooting incident has taken to 25 the number of homicides committed in the Federation for the year.
Police have stated that a person of interest is in custody and investigations are ongoing.
