November 7th, 2016 -- The General Public is informed that the payment of water bills at the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) is in the process of being transferred to the General Post Office in Basseterre to better serve the public.
We are experiencing difficulties in the transition, and are therefore requesting that consumers pay their bills at the Water Services Department Office at Needsmust.
Payment at the General Post Office will commence at 8:00 am on Monday 14th November, 2016.
The Water Services Department regrets any inconvenience this may cause.
