On Friday, November 18, total communications and entertainment provider, Digicel announced the launch of its 2016 Christmas Campaign - “Get Gifted” in St. Kitts and Nevis. With a troupe of masqueraders, Digi Girls & Guys marching to the sounds of cultural rhythms, curious onlookers were able to bask in the excitement of the hope to win lots of cash and prizes, being Digicel mobile and broadband customers.
#GetGifted was built on the premise that the Christmas holidays is said to be the happiest time of the year - all about great gifts, quality family time, joy and happiness – well not quite. The flip side is the hustle and bustle to find the right gifts for loved ones and friends, which at times turn out to be bad gift choices – and something that many of us can relate to.
It is for this reason Digicel St. Kitts and Nevis has launched our #GetGifted campaign to surprise our customers with gifts they would be happy to receive this holiday season.
Through a partnership with Samsung, the campaign will see Digicel leveraging all its platforms across digital, mobile and entertainment to ensure that customers are gifted with everything they need – including better deals on the amazing Samsung Galaxy S7, better data bundles to share all their memorable moments, exclusive content through its home entertainment service and better connectivity from the most reliable network in the region.
Digicel will also be sharing the #GetGifted love in our communities. We will be making donations to both the Salvation Army and to the SKN Special Olympics Team this holiday season so those who may not be in a position to gift themselves, can also feel the #GetGifted cheer.
