BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE Warner Park Cricket Stadium, home of the Leeward Islands Hurricanes, will see several more regional games being played during the 2016/2017 four-day season.

The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) yesterday (Dec. 6) released the complete fixtures for the remainder of the season, that is matches to be played between March and April next year.

Warner Park will be host to the next round of matches from 15-18 December, where the Hurricanes will take on the Jamaica Scorpion in a pink ball day/night encounter.

The home team is coming off a victory at the same ground when they defeated the Guyana Jaguars by four wickets in a pulsating encounter in fading lights.

According to the WICB, the Hurricanes would lock horns with the Windward Islands from 24-27 March in a day encounter, a Seventh Round game.

Two weeks later, they would close out the four-day competition at the same venue when they play the Trinidad and Tobago Red Force.

The Leeward Islands Hurricanes currently sits third on the table with 29.4 points after opening the competition with a draw against the Barbados Pride.

They followed that draw with a victory over table toppers Guyana, before the rain-marred their third round encounter in Port-of-Spain against the home side - Trinidad and Tobago.

The tournament will take a break after the Fifth Round of competition, which will be played from 16-19 December, for Christmas and the staging of the Nagico Super50 series and a West Indies home series.
