BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has confirmed that the individual who was shot in East Street, Newtown earlier today, died.
The Police Force's Press and Public Relations Office issued a statement indicating that at about 11:00 a.m., the victim was shot by an unknown assailant.
The deceased, whose name has not yet been released to the media, is the Federation's second murder victim for the year.
Investigations are being made and more information would be provided as it becomes available.
