It’s with regret we announced the passing of Cecil Sylvester Charles Jr. of St. Peters; he died on Saturday 12th, July 2014, at the age of 27 years.
The funeral service of the late Cecil Sylvester Charles Jr. will take place on Wednesday 23rd, July, 2014 at the St. Peters Anglican Church at 4 in the afternoon.
