It’s with deep regret we announce the passing of Cecil Osborne Phillip aka CSR of Dieppe Bay Village but who resided in the Bronx New York. He was called home to glory on Saturday 10th, September.
The viewing and memorial service of the late Cecil Osborne Phillip will be held on Wednesday 21st, September, 2016 at McCall’s Funeral Home, Bronxwood Ave. East 227 Street, Bronx New York, from 4 to 9 in the evening.
The funeral service in St. Kitts will be announce later.
