For convenience save the number in your phone book so you can find it quickly and easily.
5) What amounts can I TopUp?
You can TopUp with any amount between EC $5.00 and EC $200.00 for all LIME countries at any one time.
For The British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Cayman Islands TopUp from USD $5.00 to USD $100.00 at any one time.
6) How do I pay for the TopUp?
When
SIGNING UP for the service, you would be asked to provide your credit or debit card information which will be used to pay for the TopUp.
7) How long does it take to credit a mobile phone?
Credit is applied to your phone instantly!
8) What happens if I don't have call credit?
Text messages are FREE of charge for this service, so it is possible to use Text TopUp when you have no call credit.
9) Can I use Text TopUp service while roaming?
Yes. Once the other network supports text messaging you will be able to request and receive TopUp while roaming.
Separate mobile operators charges may apply.
10) Can I add credit to any other LIME numbers using Text Top Up?
Yes. You can add credit to any valid LIME prepaid number in the Caribbean using Text TopUp.
11) Can I change my registered information?
Yes. When logged in, go to:

12) How secure is this service?
The service is Extremely Secure and Safe!
It can only be used from mobile numbers that you registered with us.
It requires your registered 4-Digit PIN in order to TopUp a phone that is not registered to your account.
